Promotional Partners — including Summit Racing Equipment, Bullet Racing Engines, and any associated parts suppliers, builders, or promotional giveaway sponsors — provide promotional support only and are not responsible for administering the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

The following individuals are not eligible:

  • Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, or agents of Sponsor;
  • Employees of Power Automedia, EngineLabs, Summit Racing Equipment, Bullet Racing Engines, or any Promotional Partner;
  • Employees of advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agencies associated with this Sweepstakes;
  • Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or members of the same household of any above;
  • Inmates of any correctional facility.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

AGREEMENT TO RULES

By entering, You agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. You represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins December 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends April 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after this period are void.

HOW TO ENTER

Entries must be submitted through the official online entry form provided at the Gleam entry page for this Sweepstakes.

Entrants must:

  • Complete all required fields accurately;
  • Pass any email verification or fraud-prevention checks implemented by Sponsor;
  • Not exceed the allowed number of entries;
  • Not use multiple identities, email addresses, devices, or automated systems to circumvent entry limits.
  • If you attempt to circumvent the rules, Sponsor may disqualify your entry at its sole discretion.


PRIZES

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

A used, dyno-tested Big Block Chevy Engine
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $26,000 USD

Nine total (9) additional prizes will be available, with the following ARV:

Additional Prize Conditions

  • The prize is awarded “AS IS” and “WHERE IS”, with no express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Sponsor and Promotional Partners make no representation regarding performance, suitability, or condition.
  • Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  • Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, including income and withholding taxes.
  • Shipping of prizes: Prizes will be delivered with shipping covered in the lower 48 states only, with the method of shipping by sponsor at the sponsor’s discretion.


TAX REQUIREMENTS:

Winner may be required to submit:

  • A valid taxpayer identification number
  • A completed IRS Form W-9

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the prize value.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The Winner will be selected via random drawing under Sponsor supervision within 7 days after the end of the Entry Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Spam/junk filters blocking notification
  • Incorrect or non-functioning contact info
  • Delays due to email issues

If the Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or does not meet eligibility requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate Winner.

WINNER VERIFICATION

As a condition of being confirmed as the official Winner, the selected entrant may be required to return:

  • Affidavit of Eligibility
  • Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal)
  • IRS Form W-9
  • Any additional verification documents required by Sponsor

All documents must be returned within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY ENTRANT

By entering, You grant Sponsor and its Promotional Partners the right — where permitted by law — to use your:

  • Name
  • Likeness
  • Voice
  • Image
  • Statements
  • Entry content


…for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide, in any media, without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
You warrant that your entry does not infringe on any third-party rights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of:

  • Fraud
  • Technical issues
  • Unauthorized human intervention
  • Any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and all Promotional Partners from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from:

  • Your participation in the Sweepstakes
  • Acceptance or use/misuse of any prize
  • Technical failures or errors
  • Unauthorized human intervention
  • Lost or undeliverable communications

You assume all risk associated with receipt or operation of the prize.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively before a court in Riverside County, California, in the United States, with appropriate jurisdiction. Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

TRADEMARKS

All product names, brand names, engine names, and trademarks referenced in connection with the Sweepstakes are the property of their respective owners. These entities are not sponsors of, nor affiliated with, this Sweepstakes unless explicitly listed as Promotional Partners.

WINNERS LIST

To request a copy of the Winner’s name, contact Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period, via email at contact@enginelabs.com

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

By entering, You consent to the collection and use of your information for:

  • Sweepstakes administration
  • Winner selection and verification
  • Marketing communications from Sponsor and Promotional Partners
